How to Identify Competitors?

Company or any person shall analyze the competition if they want to win the competition. Important things to note from the competition include the following:

  • Completeness, quality and design.
  • The price offered.
  • Owned distribution channels.
  • Promotions that run.
  • Competitor activity plan forward.

The main activities of a competitor analysis is as follows:

  • Identify competitors.
  • Determine target competitors.
  • Identify competitor strategies.
  • Analysis of strengths and weaknesses ofo competitors.
  • Identify competitor reaction.
  • strategy against competitors.

Analysis of competitor activity, it will be known:

  • Who are our competitors.
  • What competitors target to be achieved.
  • How are they doing strategy.
  • What and where competitors’ strengthso and weaknesses.
  • How did the pattern of their reactions.
  • Anyone who needs to beo attacked first.
  • How do I attack him.

The first step to win the competition is to identify the competitor. At this stage we seek to identify competitors, including:
